-
1. Contract and provider — These terms apply to patient bookings, training purchases and use of this website. The provider is The Medical & Diagnostic Care Group Limited, company no. 09853305, trading as AWYN. A contract is formed only when AWYN accepts the booking or order and issues confirmation.
2. Eligibility, accuracy and suitability - You must provide accurate, complete and current information. You must be 18 or over to book for yourself unless AWYN agrees otherwise. A parent or person with lawful authority must book for a child. Some services require suitability screening or supporting information. AWYN may decline or redirect a booking where the service is not clinically appropriate or safe delivery is not possible.
-
3. Patient services and prices - Current prices are: Virtual GP 15 minutes £55; Virtual GP 30 minutes £89; Adult Sleep Consultation £89; Weight Management Initial Consultation £69; Weight Management Review £39; Adult ADHD Assessment for approved patients £895; ADHD Treatment Initiation and Titration £695; ADHD Annual Review £225. The checkout description and price form part of your order. Extra services are agreed and paid for separately.
4. Payment and confirmation - Payment is required upfront unless AWYN agrees otherwise in writing. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. A booking is confirmed only when payment is accepted and confirmation is shown or sent. Patient confirmation identifies the service, date, time, duration and amount paid and provides access to a receipt, the applicable terms and cancellation information.
-
5. Consumer cancellation rights - Consumers booking online normally have 14 days from contract formation to cancel. If you ask AWYN to begin within that period, AWYN will request your express instruction. If you cancel after performance begins, a reasonable amount may be charged for the part supplied. The right to cancel ends when a service has been fully performed following your express request and acknowledgement. Separate consent will be requested for early access to digital materials where required.
6. Patient cancellations and non-attendance - Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund or one transfer, subject to availability. At 24 to 48 hours, AWYN may retain up to 50%. At less than 24 hours or for non-attendance, AWYN may retain up to 100%. These are maximum amounts, not automatic penalties; AWYN will not retain more than its reasonable net loss and will consider serious or exceptional circumstances fairly.
-
7. What a patient booking includes - A consultation includes the clinician's time for the stated duration, appropriate review and clinical advice or agreed next steps. Any appropriate summary, safety-netting information and next steps will be made available through the secure clinical system. Prescriptions, investigations, referrals, letters, reports, medication and follow-up are included only where the service description expressly says so.
8. Adult ADHD services - The £895 Adult ADHD Assessment is available only after suitability review and includes review of requested information, the clinical assessment and a written report. Treatment initiation, titration and annual reviews are separate services and fees. Reports are prepared after the assessment once all information reasonably required by the clinician has been received.
-
9. Clinical decisions and urgent care - An assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis, treatment, prescription, referral, report outcome or acceptance of shared care by an NHS GP or another provider. Clinical decisions remain with the treating clinician. AWYN is not an emergency service. Call 999 for a life-threatening emergency or NHS 111 when urgent medical help is needed.
10. After a patient books - AWYN will send any relevant preparation instructions, questionnaires, consent information or records requests. Secure joining details will be included or sent separately before the appointment. Reminders may be sent, but you remain responsible for attending at the confirmed time. Check your junk folder and contact info@mdcaregroup.co.uk if payment has been taken but confirmation has not arrived.
-
11. Training dates and prices - The next live-online training week is ADOS-2, Monday 7 to Wednesday 9 December 2026, 09:00 to 16:30 UK time, £695 including VAT; ADI-R, Thursday 10 to Friday 11 December 2026, 09:00 to 16:30 UK time, £545 including VAT; Combined, Monday 7 to Friday 11 December 2026, 09:00 to 16:30 UK time, £1,095 including VAT.
12. Shared training capacity - There is one shared maximum live capacity of 80 delegates across all options. A two-day, three-day or five-day booking each uses one place in the same 80-person training week capacity.
-
13. After a training booking - The purchaser receives an order confirmation, ticket and itemised receipt or invoice showing the selected course, dates, times, live-online format and booking terms. Before the course, AWYN will provide the programme and joining pack, including trainer information, accessibility arrangements, technical requirements and secure joining details. The purchaser must provide correct delegate details and forward course communications where needed.
14. Training cancellations - For delegate cancellation 57 or more calendar days before the first course day, the refund is the fee paid less £25. At 28 to 56 days, the refund is 75%; at 14 to 27 days, 50%; at 0 to 13 days, no standard refund is due. If AWYN resells the place, the refund increases to the fee paid less £25. Statutory rights take priority where they apply.
-
15. Substitutions, attendance and certificates - A named substitute may attend at no extra charge if complete details are supplied at least seven calendar days before the first course day and all prerequisites are met. A certificate of completion is issued only after cleared payment, full attendance and completion of stated requirements. The training does not by itself confer clinical competence, a licence to practise, a professional qualification, publisher approval or authority to use protected assessment materials outside applicable rules.
16. Training materials and conduct - Course materials are for the registered delegate's personal professional use. Recording, screenshots, copying, sharing, transcription or redistribution of live sessions or materials is prohibited unless AWYN gives written permission. Delegates must attend on time, participate appropriately and comply with reasonable course and confidentiality requirements.
-
17. Online delivery and changes by AWYN - You are responsible for suitable equipment, a stable connection and a private environment. AWYN is not responsible for interruption caused by your equipment, connection, workplace restrictions or failure to follow joining instructions. AWYN may change a clinician, trainer, platform or reasonable delivery detail where necessary. If AWYN cancels and cannot offer a suitable alternative, it will refund the affected fee.
18. Privacy, confidentiality and records - AWYN processes personal information, including health information where relevant, in accordance with its Privacy Notice. Clinical information must be submitted only through the secure route provided, not ordinary email. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect a person from serious harm.
-
19. Website use, intellectual property and liability - Use the website only for lawful personal purposes. Site content, branding and training materials may not be copied or distributed without permission except where law allows. Nothing excludes liability where unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or non-excludable consumer rights. Otherwise AWYN is responsible only for foreseeable loss caused by its breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill, and not for business losses arising from a consumer booking.
20. Complaints, changes and law - Email info@mdcaregroup.co.uk with the subject Complaint and include your name, booking reference, service or course, what happened and the outcome sought. AWYN aims to acknowledge within five working days and respond substantively within 20 working days, or provide an update. Complaints do not extend cancellation deadlines. Future updates apply to future bookings. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales without removing mandatory rights where you live.
