AWYN wants its website and virtual healthcare information to be usable by as many people as possible.
Our approach
We aim to use clear headings, readable DM Sans text, strong colour contrast, meaningful link and button labels, keyboard-friendly navigation, descriptive image text where supported, and simple British English.
Standards
AWYN aims to follow the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, but does not claim to have completed a formal accessibility audit.
