Follow-up support for existing AWYN patients
Service Description
A 15-minute online follow-up for existing AWYN weight-management patients who have completed an initial AWYN consultation. Full payment of £39 is required when booking. Medication, dispensing, delivery and any required tests are charged separately.
Cancellation Policy
Online consumer bookings include a 14-day cooling-off right. If you ask AWYN to begin clinical work during that period, separate express consent is required and a proportionate charge may apply for work already completed. After the cooling-off period: at least 48 hours' notice gives a full refund or free reschedule; 24 to 48 hours may incur up to 50%; under 24 hours or non-attendance may incur up to 100%. Any charge is limited to AWYN's reasonable net loss after savings and any successful rebooking. We will consider serious illness, bereavement and emergencies fairly.
