Service Description
A 30-minute online consultation to discuss your sleep concerns and agree appropriate next steps. Full payment of £89 is required when booking. Further investigations or referrals, if clinically appropriate, are discussed separately. This is not an emergency service.
Cancellation Policy
Online consumer bookings include a 14-day cooling-off right. If you ask AWYN to begin clinical work during that period, separate express consent is required and a proportionate charge may apply for work already completed. After the cooling-off period: at least 48 hours' notice gives a full refund or free reschedule; 24 to 48 hours may incur up to 50%; under 24 hours or non-attendance may incur up to 100%. Any charge is limited to AWYN's reasonable net loss after savings and any successful rebooking. We will consider serious illness, bereavement and emergencies fairly.
