This service can support adults, young people and children. A parent or guardian must attend consultations for children. Some concerns may need in-person or urgent care.

Clinical boundaries
A consultation does not guarantee a prescription and AWYN is not an emergency service. Call 999 for life-threatening emergencies or NHS 111 when urgent medical help is needed.
GP membership options
Proposed GP membership plans are available to enquire about and remain subject to final clinical, legal and commercial approval before launch.
